Fixed a major problem with our Wrangler in a timely and professional manner. They even took care of first checking our extended warranty beforehand and handled all the documentation. Throughout the process we were kept up to date. Really appreciate the video full vehicle inspection.

Update: I had to bring my vehicle back here because no other dealerships had an appointment. At first, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Upon pickup of my vehicle, I was told that they had driven my car 333 miles to try to “duplicate” the issue. What they did not realize, though, is that the Jeep app tracks my vehicle and I knew they had only driven it 20 miles. (Plus the odometer did not go up 333 miles). I contacted the dealership about this and never got a response. This is the absolute last time I will go here. I will drive out of my way to a different dealership. Still deserves 0 stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my grand Cherokee in for a key fob issue, they acted like I was making it up and didn’t believe me, only looked at my car for an hour before tell

The customer service is great but waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment is ridiculous. I scheduled at 7:30am when they opened in the hopes that it would help with the wait time. I’ve had the same issue at other Jeep dealerships in the area. If I had been told it take the entire morning due staffing or other reasons, I would not have waited here for it. The tech started working on my car 30 minutes into my appointment time and somehow 2 hours later, I’m still waiting for my Jeep to be finished.

A great experience this last visit! We've been taking our 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for service for the last four years. Sometimes oil changes or basic services take a LONG time but not this time! My advisor told me he'd move it quickly through the system because he knew I was waiting for it (we only have one car), and he really did. Under two hours for an oil change, belt change and alignment. And even better the paperwork didn't take almost an hour to complete after I was told the car was done (that's happened more than once, before). Hopefully this is a sign of good changes here.
