I recently visited Leith Toyota for both a warranty repair and a recall service on my Toyota Prius, and I have to say, the level of care and professionalism I received from Dave Collins was exceptional. What was supposed to be a routine visit turned into nearly a six-hour process, but Dave made every moment manageable with his constant updates, empathy, and genuine concern for my comfort. I visited Leith Toyota twice over the past few weeks to have my vehicle serviced. Dave Collins, one of the service advisors there, went out of his way to make things right. Long story short, nothing was mechanically wrong with my vehicle. It was a cosmetic piece of trim which was not applied correctly from the factory. The first visit, I was told this was normal even though the trim was crooked. I reached back out to Leith and was contacted by Dave Collins. He went out of his way, above and beyond to make things right. The second and last visit was a great one. He was able to resolve the issue by having the part replaced.
