I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review for this dealership. I had my truck since August 2023. It's a very capable truck, but it has had some minor problems. This dealer has worked to fix my issue. My salesman Ricky Alston was great. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have chosen Leith Nissan. Overall, I am still waiting on getting my oil changed in January and will circle back with an update. Overall, my truck handles great and the 3.8 Liter V6 has a good amount of power. Only complaint is a minor vibration when stopped at a traffic light. Doesn't do it while driving. Thank you.

I purchased a used vehicle here a 2021 nissan rogue with 23,000 miles. The battery went dead within 2 weeks after purchase. the dealership, Leith Honda Autopark Cary, NC refused to cover cost of the new battery. Dosen't seem right to treat a customer in this manner. Hope you don't incounter this type of customer service

In the past 5 months I bought two used cars from Leith (for my kids)...Fred and now Jania were my sales person. Their service was amazing. Second to none. Helpful, never pushy, listened to what we wanted and needed. Commercials can be over exaggerated about service and their people but in this case, very accurate!!!! When the Leith family owned the business they cared about customer service. After several messages to request contact regarding our experience at one of their dealerships with no response, especially after taking our money with no regards, not sure if I would consider purchasing with them again. We have purchased several vehicles over the last 10yrs and customer service has not been this bad. Especially from upper management. If you are a hard working, don't have money just to throw around at people who don't appreciate it then I would advise use another dealership.
