Don't ever buy a car from the Chevrolet Buick location. Once you pay them they forget about you.I had a 60 dollar repair issue on a 25651.00 car I bought and they have been ignoring me for 3 plus months. Just another shiny building filled with dishonest salespeople. Very disappointing. ZERO STARS!

I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Len Stoler Automotive Group. On May 9, 2025, I purchased a vehicle and was promised rubber mats and reimbursement for the cost of tinted windows. These were part of the agreed-upon terms during the sale. Months later, those promises remain unfulfilled, despite multiple follow-ups and documented communication. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability and professional follow-through. I’ve followed up with them at least five times, in person, giving the dealership ample time and opportunity to resolve this directly. Instead, I was met with delays, lies, miscommunication, and disregard for my time and trust.
