Had a weird accident with my car and decided to take it in to Len Stoler Collision Center in Owings Mills to have the repairs done. First of all I was thrown off guard by the courtesy I received by the young lady (Alitzah) at the front desk. She is a wonderful person inside and out. She asked the reason for my visit and after going over the process with me - introduced me to Bri (pronounced Bre) who told me they would take care of everything from that point on (and that they did). Because I had to leave my car, arrangements were made for a car rental company to pick me up to get my rental. When the repairs were completed Bri called me to let me know my car was ready.
