Walked in for an alignment and was told to make an appointment. Scheduled one for the next day. Called to confirm and was told that they were running behind and it would possibly not be done that day. Was told that they took walk ins today that put them behind time wise. But I was told no walk ins the day before. When I questioned why make me make an appointment and not honor it because of walk ins during the day, they said they were ok without my business and hung up on me. VERY rude and unacceptable and to be honest the place is probably prejudice because I see no other way that this would be possible. I hope they treat everyone the same way and that they go out of business because that is just pure hatred and evil to do that to someone. Also the fact that every single bad review on her

Trustworthy, excellent work, Professional. This is my go to place for auto repairs. they have fixed my older car a number of times. I don’t think that’s fair.

John did a great job with my car and went above and beyond. Helped me with a new battery and new brakes and even drove to my car to jump start it to help me get it to the shop AND stayed late when I couldn’t pick it up in time. John and the mechanic were kind, efficient, and allowed me to see my brakes and rotors in their decrepit condition. My father eas a mechanic and I always want to see myself what the problem looks like. I appreciate their respect.
