Les Schwab Tire Center

I'm typically a Discount Tire guy with one being very close to where I live. Unfortunately, I had a flat tire situation out in West Denver near Rocky Flats so I rolled into a Les Schwab that's very close by. Both Liam and Nick were fantastic. Super friendly. Great service. Great communication. They offered to fix my flat free of charge. Despite not being a Les Schwab customer. I got to talking with Nick and decided to buy two new tires from them. It was 40 more dollars than I would have spent at Discount, but their service and engagement was well worth it. I live really far from this Les Schwab location, wish it was a bit closer.

I had a great experience at Les Schwab. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They got me in quickly, explained my options clearly, and had my vehicle ready faster than expected. The shop was clean, the service was efficient, and the pricing felt fair. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but Les Schwab definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for future service.

I really appreciate having this shop in the neighborhood. They are great! I actually feel a little bad that I haven't bought more tires from them... I seem to keep buying new vehicles before I need new tires but they are awesome! They've repaired multiple flat tires for me, including one that was an issue with the rim, not the tire, and they have been great with the warranty/service on the tires we did buy from them. Every time I've been in, I've been greeted with friendly, fast service. I appreciate you all!

Good tire service. Professional and friendly staff. Quick and reliable service. My husband and I have had our cars serviced here several times. They recently replaced a flat tire on my 2024 Porsche Macan EV. My husband picked up my car and drove it home, then after he parked in the garage we discovered the front license plate and been scuffed/scratched and the plate bracket completely bent horizontally, fatiguing the metal of the bracket and completely destroying it. It's a $100 removeable bracket from 'StoNSho' and ~$100 to get a new license plate from the DMV. I went back to Les Schwab to start a damage claim and the manager showed me videos of my car in their shop. The license plate was just fine when they drove the car out of the shop, but you can see on the video they parked the car

I Came in for an alignment before i bought new tires, but claimed i needed new tires to do the alignment properly. So i bought new tires even though i had not recieved the OEM TPMS sensors i ordered online. The installer quoted $25 to install them after new tires so no problem. Came back to have them installed but couldnt make an appointment for them so i went in as a walk in. They charged $70 for it (which makes sense with labor) and waited longer than the alignment and tire install to have it done. Seemed like they will conditionally do work if you spend money there and will provide second rate service after they get the sale. As for the tires? We will see.
