These guys are absolutely amazing. First off, their offer to repair a busted tire for free is legit. First time I walked out without paying a dime. This second time - I know, I know, I need to watch where I’m driving! Leave me alone! - anyways… this second time there was too much damage near the side wall - couldn’t be repaired. Les Schwab was fantastic and worked with me to figure out what would work best. They’re also super nice. Thanks Jesse!

This man truly deserves a raise. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions about an issue I was noticing with my car, and his honesty and care absolutely solidified my loyalty to Les Schwab for any future tire purchases. I had a low tire pressure warning on my left rear. Went into Les Schwab Bel-Red Road to one of the service bays and asked them to please air up my tire. They did so right away. I then went into the store and was immediately greeted, issue discussed, my info entered into their system, and told I would be in the queue for a flat repair, that it would be about two hours. I went and had lunch and upon my return, one of their technicians, Cameron, was retrieving my vehicle from the parking lot and pulling it onto the rack. He removed the leaky tire, immediately pointed out the nail in the tread, and then went to work on repair. While doing so, I asked whether he would be able to rotate my tires. He said absolutely. Had a flat tire, online booked for a dropoff, dropped off second day before 9 am. 1 hour later, got message saying it's fixed. Later when I picked up the car, learnt that it is free, and even had an estimated mileage the tires have before considering replacing them. Outstanding! I'll do my tires with them in the future.
