Had to get parts replaced on my truck for drivability. The staff here were bar none the best interaction with a shop to have work done. I originally thought this was peerless tires rebranded but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They took care of every question never pressured me into anything just simply recommended what I should do even went as far as to show pictures of my truck with the problem so I knew they weren’t upselling me for profit. They used name brand (MOOG) parts for replacement not something made from some company you never heard of and charged name brand prices. Day before thanksgiving 740 am my tire is flat with a nail in the side wall… went the 4 blocks to Les Schwab. Jeremy greeted me when they opened was friendly and helpful even looking to see if they had an old tire to fit. He gave me quotes on new tire and suggestions explaining everything thoroughly. While I opted to just get my doughnut put on and wait till Friday he still gave me amazing customer service… no charge for putting my doughnut on.

Jim truly saved our lives. We were traveling and got our tire shredded on the way down. He got us fixed up and ready to roll with some pretty sick new tires. Damian also was a massive help and so was everyone in the shop who helped get my new tires. Truly I am so grateful for everyone at this location. Well I decided to pick up a razor blade on one of my tires on my way to work this morning, didn't notice til my lunch break. I took my car to Les Schwab for the first time. They repaired my flat for free! Randa at the front was just a delight. She asked the crew to rush it for me since I was on my lunch break. Only took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the keys back in my hand. I 100% recommend them. I will definitely be looking at them for my next tires. Thank you!

They are always friendly, professional, and treat every customer like family — it is clear they take real pride in their work. Most recently, I took my daughter’s vehicle in for new tires. The team was so patient with her, taking time to explain everything and make sure she felt comfortable with her choices.
