I had an excellent experience at the Les Schwab Tires location in Clarkston and would rate them a 5/5 overall. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. One of the team members actually ran out when I pulled up, waited for me, and held the door open. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly showed how much they care about their customers. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even informed me about services that were covered under my warranty that I didn’t even realize I had. I got brand new tires there about 2 years ago. The day after, I had a flat. They didn't change the old valve stems (they are supposed to when giving new tires) and didn't listen to me at all. Said there were no issues when I brought it back in. They still refused to change the valve stems. They even very obviously Looked old. I had a slow leak in 2 of my tires still. Horrible service. Refuse to do their jobs. Never going again.

So I guess Les Schwab doesn’t do free service calls anymore - even if you’re only 4 blocks away. Even if you have Les Schwab tires and have ALWAYS purchased from them for 30+ years. Pay almost $300 or you’re just out of luck.

Had an extremely bad customer service experience 8/28. Very disappointed as I do shop and have gotten service with no issues with any of these place or the Clarkston branch. But, this bigger guy ive never work with had a rude attitude when asking general questions and it got me to the degree of just not going with them at all as I felt I wasnt welcomed at all and no kind of suggestive sales made. Figured I see if I had a warranty at Walmart and was thrashed immediately with "I wont help you at all, if you go with them". I explained my needs and was met with no. Went to downtown Lewiston without sayin anything about this and was 100% taken care of and all set up for all my needs and suggestions made and went with.. super disappointed in Clarkston branch.

This is the best LesSchab I have ever been to, so fast and friendly. Very Highly recommended
