Experienced mechanic and very reasonable.

I took my car to wizard to fix an HVAC issue. Wizard originally installed the wrong part, resulting in us driving home from Coeur d'Alene in the middle of the night, 30 degree weather, with our windows down. So dangerous! Wizard tried again, this time put in the correct part... but managed to cause our fuel guage to stop working. Third time is a charm... not even close, this time fixed the fuel guage but now my car won't recognize the key fobs anymore. This time, wizard throws his hands up in the air and refuses to make things right. He seems to be good at trying to fix one thing and breaking another. Will never return! Thanks for nothing! Complete waste of money!

He is a Wizard. Worth the wait to get an appointment. Clearly communicated the issue and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates.

My Family and I have been taking our vehicles to Cregg for years now. Great guy, good work. Gives a good honest estimate on all his work. Only uses quality parts, I personally have seen him inspect new parts from his supplier and send them back if they looked too cheap.
