NAPA Auto Parts - Clarkston Auto Parts

I had been to THREE auto parts stores and none of them had the lug key I needed for my truck, not to mention were unhelpful and one being flat out rude to me seeing as I am a girl. I went to Napa here and saw they only had the white knight brand on the shelf and went to leave as I don’t have white knight locking lugs. I was about to get into my truck when one of the employees came out and hollered at me asking if I found what I needed and I said they didn’t have what I was looking for and he told me they have more in the back that’s NAPA brand. I went in and explained to him I needed a lug key as I didn’t have one and the biggest size I was able to find was 7/8 and it was too small. He pulled out a couple and asked if I wanted to try the bigger one and I said yes and we walked out to my tr

The staff was quite helpful and quick to help.. had the parts and the ones they didn't they found where they were available.. they are quite helpful to Vets also...

I went in to get a wide range of items. I can’t remember his name but a larger gentleman helped me find everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure my spark plugs were set correctly. He also helped me carry everything to my car. The type of service that will keep me from going anywhere else, thanks again!

The guy behind the register helped me not only figure out which bulb I needed to change my headlight (apparently my car is weird?) But he helped me install it. Such kind people! 🥰
