Les Schwab Tire Center

So thankful I took my tire to Les Schwab today for a second opinion on having it patched. A competitor said it could not be done and wanted to charge me almost $500 for a new one. This location was fast, friendly and didn't charge me anything for the patch. They've gained a loyal customer in me now!

I have been a customer of Les Schwab since I moved to the area. They have been my tire service of choice with every car I’ve had over the last 10 years. I booked a service appointment with them online and an hour before that appointment, I had to cancel, so I called and talked to a gentleman who canceled that appointment and created me a new one for the next day, now here is where the fun starts. I get to the shop and after waiting a while for the customer in front of me, I gave the employee my name and she informed me that I had no appointment. This part was really frustrating because I had left on my lunch break to get my tire fixed and the only opening she had for a new appointment was 90 minutes later. Been using Les Schwabs since 2015 & I never had any problem. I book online appointments and every time I went there the Task have been done with gratitude & respect & I appreciate that. THANK YOU Last week I went there to take care of a flat tire, waited almost an hour then a gentleman( Brandon) came in & stated that i need to buy all 4 tires plus the car needs the alignment and it will cost me $1200. He said that he is going to put the tire back if I don't buy tires right now, because he can't fix flat tire. I was shocked because This dude( Brandon) wasn't working on my car. I saw him when he reached to the technician and start talking with him then came to the lobby. So I left & went to another shop request for alignment. I have been taking all of our cars here for years. The employees are great, the pricing is competitive, the work is great, and the lines in the morning are smaller than the other chains in the area. I have also had them do other work when necessary. Had some shocks installed on my car a couple of years ago, and this past weekend, I had to get them replaced again, and it was all covered under warranty. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon, and nothing was spent out of pocket.

Just flew into Denver and got back to my car to start my drive back home to Nebraska. When I arrived at my vehicle it had a completley flat tire. I was in a panic and the vehicle did not have a spare but it did have a air compressor. I was able to air it up and figure out where to take it that was near by. I came across them and have always heard great things! Walk in the door and the lady was very nice and helpful. I got a automated text on a ETA on when it would be done and they had it done in half the time! Then I meet the gentleman at the front counter and come to find they repaired the tire at no charge to me! I gave them a tip and told them they were amazing and I appreciated their hospitality and service! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area. Great job guys!!! I my
