I took my car in today to have an oil change, to fix the tire rod and get an alignment done. Mike worked on my car and he was very courteous and nice and explained everything as he went along. He has very good customer service skills and that’s why I always come to Les Schwab, everyone’s so nice

I had a strange brake problem and the way to fix it was a single screw. The mechanic didn't charge me and fixed what could have been a catastrophic problem with speed, professionalism, and competence. I highly recommend this location. And Les Schwab in general.

I've been to these guys three times for minor wheel and tire issues. Every time, they've surprised me by not charging me for their time and effort. They only say, "we hope you'll think of us when you decide to buy new tires." This kind of service is SO different from other shops in the area, some just up the street from Les Schwab. Recently I had the experience of urgently needing help because I had a completely flat tire. I got on the phone and called Les Schwab, a company that I had used in the past and was close to where I was located. I explained my situation and asked if they could help even though it was close to their reported closing hours. The individual on the phone said come on in and we will take care of you. I pulled into the parking lot a little stressed and an employee came running out to my car (he literally ran) and asked how he could help. I explained that I had just called.
