Les Schwab Tire Center

My experience was great at this location. Everyone was friendly and they didn’t try to take advantage of me like other tire businesses. They didn’t even charge me for a simple flat tire repair. Service was quick and professional!

Called about an alignment and was told to come right in as there was no cars on the rack. Came here for an alignment Was quoted 135.99. Waited for 2 hours for the shop to come in and say we need to charge you another 200 bucks to calibrate your sensors. They hadn't even started the alignment. Reason was they were doing research on the vehicle calibration. I will never go to a Les Schwab again.

The manager really helped me out but i ended up spending WAY more money than i really can afford. BUT i feel safer in my car than i did and the service was outstanding. One critique would be to not run out and tell me about every little thing as soon as found. Such as a loose battery terminal cable was initially blown up into needing a replacement. Nope, just a wrench. But overall, great service.

I called the manager while I was in Denver stranded on the side of the road for 3 hrs with a flat tire. We were on our way to an important appointment for my child. He worked with a manager 3 miles from my location to ensure they had a tire ready and they were able to get us serviced quickly so we weren't late to the appointment. Above and beyond!

Completely lost my business and my families business. The guy at the front desk was so rude. I take accountability for being late to my appointment; however, I called to ensure it was still okay to come in (they could have asked me to reschedule over the phone and I would have been fine with that because, again, my fault for being late). After two hours of sitting in the waiting room, after being told it would be an hour, I asked Corey if they could call me when my car was done, I had other things I needed to get done and had a ride that could pick me up. Instead of saying sure what car, proceeded to belittle me about being late and telling me how many appointments he had that day. Literately could have handled that better and now they’ve lost several customers. Do better and quit with the
