Les Schwab Tire Center

Went in for a simple tire balance and the tech recommended an alignment which I declined. When picking up my vehicle my interior was greasy from the technician and my seat was torn. The provided solution was a partial wipe down and a nice “we will add in your profile to make sure to use a seat cover from now on”… geee thanks!! Worst thing is that if I wanted anything done about it I have to file an insurance claim which will just increase my premium after I pay the deposit.. or take them to small claims court and most likely never see a dime.

Very professional and honest staff. Very helpful fast and simple process. Service tire employee explained things to me so I could understood the process of tire and alignment details if needed. Which i did not at this time. Thank you Staff

I have been going to Les Schwab in Gardnerville since 2001 and have always had excellent and honest service. I have gone in for new tires and they let me know I could wait. When I had a boulder hit my tire they were wonderful giving me discounts and getting me on the rode within hours. I highly recommend them.

We had a tire issue on our Class A diesel Pusher and Robert was amazing. Les Schwab is not who I would have thought to change Big Rig tires but I Highly recommend them! Thank you for getting us safely back in the road!!

My father-in-law got me brand new tires less then 3 months ago. I got a flat but their "warranty" did not cover replacing it. They said it was because I ran it flat.i check the tires when I stop I didn't notice anything wrong until I couldn't drive on it. They said it would be $600 for 2 new tires. I just felt too that they were rude. I will now be going to Hooten Tires which is a local family owned tire.
