I have a 2017 1500 Eco-Diesel with 150K miles that had an issue with the crankshaft position sensor. Turns out it was a magnet on the toner wheel. To fix it you have to remove the transmission. Ouch!! James and team were great in diagnosing and fixing the issue. While fixing they found an issue with the water pump. I called around and many shops would not ever take on this service. I needed the steering box replaced on my truck. James let me know that it would probably cost a little bit more than other shops because he uses Red Head steering boxes and believes that that's a part you don't want to fail. I would agree! The fact that he cared enough to put a quality brand into my pickup vs the cheapest one, shows that he truly cares about his work, my satisfaction and safety! It's nice to find a local mechanic who does honest work that they stand behind. Well done sir!

Very satisfied. Very pleasant, patient and helpful with thorough explanations. A few free evaluations, replaced a power steering pump and belt (solved problems),and restored headlights all in an afternoon while I waited. Nice to communicate directly with owner. Worth the long wait for an appt. I will be back.

I was on a road trip and about 3 hrs from home I had a water pump failure and had my truck towed to this shop. Thankfully the parts were available. James made the extra effort make the repairs needed so I could get home that evening even though it was late in the work day. I absolutely will be telling this story for a long time. The service was above and beyond I could have expected and or imagined.
