I don't know why, but I have never liked O'Reilly Auto Parts? I'm Old School! I remember when I was a kid with my Street Machine in High School. I had My Part store was a 1/2 a block from my house. It was like like going to Cheer's! They all knew my name, sat at the counter, (had a old fashion little coke out of a machine), and caught up with everybody in the place. O'Reilly is like going to a Grocery store for auto parts, Sorry, they don't care!
Knowledgeable, Helpful and this my place when I need something for my Trucks.
Eric was an absolute gem. My truck was making a weird noise so I stopped in to see if anyone could help me diagnose it. He threw on a jacket and followed me into the rain, helped me diagnose the issue, and followed up by calling a shop to see if they could fix it for me. Made a stressful experience a good one. Great customer service.
Daniel and Nickolas absolutely took care of me after the south Carson store wouldn’t
These people at any location are always the most helpful I was able to get my tailgate fixed and my rear break light.
