Les Schwab Tire Center

I made an appointment for a tire rotation for noon February 4th. We arrived at 11:50. The customer service rep greeted us warmly and asked how she could help. We said we were there for a tire rotation. She pulled up my paperwork, I handed her the keys, and she said it would be "about an hour". Thirty-five minutes later I received a call- the car was ready for pick up. No charge for the rotation. What makes this so remarkable is that I had originally scheduled a rotation at Peninsula Subaru (where I bought the car, and have a tire warranty) and was told it would cost @$27 plus taxes for a rotation. When I need new tires, I know where I will go first. Thanks Les Schwab!

My wife brought our 2026 Silverado in to check on the lift we had put on. We just needed to make sure it was all tight. We were advised by the company in Chehalis to have it checked after approx. 300 miles. Since Chehalis isn't close we took it to LS in GH. They said to my wife "if your concerned about it you should take it to the place you got the lift" This is the second issue I've had with Brett and his team on lift issues. Clearly, if you don't buy the lift from them, they aren't interested in helping going forward. Good to know that's the red carpet service they are providing.......

I had my vehicle aligned here. You have to make an appointment for alignments. When I arrived they were ready for me. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. The cost of the repair was less than The initial quote. They did a great job. The waiting room has a cold feel to it but it is clean and adequate for waiting. There's a Starbucks and a restaurant. A block away if you don't want to wait there.

Hello again all, I will give you my personal review of Les Schwab in Gig Harbor. Today's review will somewhat bounce off of a review I gave the previous week for meineke in Gig Harbor. I brought my 2014 Nissan Sentra in so they could look at the rear brakes. I personally have not worked on drum brakes in quite some time so I felt more comfortable just having them do it. After a short time the gave me their assessment with a price rundown of about $520 with a 3-year warranty. The only bad thing about this experience was I went there on a Monday and had to wait an entire week for them to get these few parts from their vendor. They couldn't just get the parts the following day which I thought was odd. I dropped off the vehicle a few hours early from my normal appointment time and they texted

I have gotten several sets of wheels done here with incredible customer service. As I car guy I want to avoid any scratching while having my wheels mounted, these guys do a really great job at protecting your wheels while putting the tires on. I’ve had a couple people help me, but Jake, Brandon, and Spencer have all been an incredible help. Thank you guys!
