Les Schwab Tire Center

It’s great we have another tire shop here in Grand Forks as it’s difficult to get into one specially in the winter time. I called around 4pm for a flat tire. Apparently my OEM Toyota TPMS and valve stem was faulty and leaking air and it was not my tires that were leaking and they were able to fix it for free. I will have an upcoming trip to Duluth,MN with my family and I scheduled an inspection with them. Anthony has been great in explaining what caused the flat tire. Christian and Jacob provided their insights as well. Thank you Les Schwab for opening here in Grand Forks! You have great employees!

A few weeks ago I noticed a staple in my tire. I barely got out of my car when I was greeted by Christian, who asked how he could help. He went to the shop and came back out with a plier and pulled the staple out. He didn’t think it punctured all the way thru the tire but to be sure he got some suds and a brush and made sure. All good. Exceptional customer service! Will definitely be going back to Les Schwab for my tire repairs and purchases.

It’s the little things. I’d been struggling with a tire slowly losing air for a few days—very noticeable even after filling it up. I took my car to Les Schwab Tire Center and was greeted outside by Seth. He asked what was going on, and I mentioned I thought the valve stem might be leaking. Within about 10 seconds, he knew exactly what the issue was. He quickly tightened the valve core, and that was it—problem solved. As someone who isn’t very familiar with cars and was worried I might need new tires, it was such a relief to hear him say everything was fixed—and at no charge. I was genuinely overjoyed and so appreciative of the kindness and great service. Seth absolutely made my day.

We pulled in without an appointment to have my breaks checked. We were greeted on the phone by Christian and he greeted us in the parking lot upon arrival. What a wonderful well mannered gentleman. He was so polite and was running around helping everyone. It took a bit of time but they were thorough through their check. The politeness and cleanliness of the facility made up for any wait time. We will be returning customers in the future. And we hope to be greeted again by Christian or someone as polite and honest as he was.

My tire went flat on the interstate. I got a ride to Les Schwab where Christian greeted me so kindly. Kaegen went out of his way to drive me to my car, swap out my bad tire for the spare, and then proceed to fix my bad tire back at the shop before putting it back on my vehicle so I could finish my travel. Amazing service and kindness!
