Wish I could say something good about it. But honestly I can't, I was told I can't buy 2 tires for my new car,that I have to buy all 4, hopefully I just got ahold of a bad employee. Les Schwab never cease is too amaze me no matter what town you're in They will always take care of you. I told them i was concerned about a couple things on my vehicle they took the time to call and check the next day to make sure they answered all my questions and make sure everything was running smoothly. GREAT GREAT SERVICE!!

Had them mount my spare tire to a new wheel. Just had them put it back under the truck. Well, I just rotated the tires and rotated the spare onto the truck. They mounted the tire whitewall facing out. Come on, you guys had the truck and could clearly see that the 4 tires all had whitewall facing in. Seems like common sense to me to mount the spare the same way. I don't know why anyone would do that. Now I have to take more time out of my day to get this job corrected the right way, since it wasn't the first time.

Failed to put all the lugnuts back on my wifes car when she got new tires. Over torqued the lugs on my vehicle. Installed a faulty valve or incorrectly installed a working valve on my cars tires which caused a flat. Attention to detail is severely lacking at this location.

Driving thru Helena and had tire issues with our RV. Contacted Les Schwab and was told to come on over and we’ll fit you in. J.R. and Alek were extremely nice and helpful. Even though we had to wait for a little while, Alek was efficient and friendly. I’ve done business with Les Schwab in other states, and they have won me over
