One of the best Les Schwab I've been to. They are always professional, honest, and customer service is always excellent. Definitely recommend an appointment because they are always busy but willing to squeeze you in if they need to.

Les Schwab McMinnville and Lincoln City, by far, have the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in 5 years. If staff is annoyed I can't tell. Always big smiles, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming customers in, they actually stop what they are doing to help clients, even when its just a tire pressure check. Reasonable prices. Les Schwab has won my business time and time again. It is very much appreciated. 👏 Congratulations!

WOWZIE, wow, wow! We just received the old level of customer service at the McMinnville OR store! You know, the "come running out to greet you, hand-shake deal" service Mr. Schwab built the company on. THANK YOU to Assistant Manager Mike for restoring my confidence in the company. We have a diesel and require two heavy-duty batteries at a time. I cannot yet declare a Les Schwab battery is a sound purchase that will get you through three winters but, I can tell you that time and time again you'll receive a pro-rated replacement amount for their failure and might be blessed with an entire set of new batteries carried to your car and given with a handshake - no paperwork hassle because a customer is valued for their business, remembered and even known by name.

I came in, on December 23 mind you, to get my tires rotated and balanced, explaining my car was making a weird noise. Don looked at my car and called to tell me my wheel bearings were going out and recommended I get them replaced. I had planned to drive about 4 hours away on December 24 to visit family and thought it would be a good idea to get those done. Don ordered the parts and told me if they weren’t in today, he’d have them in tomorrow and get my car going then. This entire situation was pretty easy to maneuver through, thanks to the guys who know what they’re doing. I absolutely recommend the McMinnville Les Schwab to anyone who may need their car serviced. The employees are just fantastic, very helpful and super knowledgeable.

They had a time slot that was good for us and the counter people were nice friendly. The popcorn was fresh and the coffee wasn't bad. The best part was when my husband said " you don't have to stay. I can so if you want to go on home it's ok." I was sleepy so I went home not because it was a bad place to stay. It's always ok to be there and they do a good job
