I was there for 3.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires after that 3 out of 4 rims were gouged and scratched they would only replace 2 rims after saying it wasn't from them I declined the replacement and I will never go back
This place does an excellent job. I’ve been in multiple times and the service is always top notch. Everyone hustles, communication is great. Last time I was in they noticed a missing lug nut on my wife’s car before a long road trip. Certainly earned my business. Shout out to Vince and his team! Give Les Schwab in Miles City a look next you need tire or basic vehicle maintenance.
Got all 4 new tires and they ruined my rims. Severely scratched them up and looks like they spilt a chemical on one of them and it’s deteriorating. Very unsatisfied and upset that they ruined my rims.
Thank you for taking the time to figure out the issues cause by another company installing bad (new) tires just 2 days prior. We have not issues with the tires you put on and they quality of service was outstanding… We made the mistake by not coming there first. Thank you again for your time and patience when you were so busy… GREAT JOB!
