Les Schwab Tire Center

Was visiting from out of town. Picked up a nail last night and didn’t realize til checking out of Our hotel. We have a flight in Portland to catch and Monday is always busy, Joey at the front desk was amazing. She’s so nice and friendly and got us in and tire repaired as quick as they could. Super thankful. Store is super nice

This place is great. They got me in and out within an hour. They had a place I could pull in with my trailer and have the trailer tires replaced. Would highly recommend coming here.

I had my wife take our car to them to have them rotate our tires and check the brakes. They told her the brakes were in good shape. We then had a mechanic look over the car to make sure it was good, and he said the brakes were awful. So in order to get a third opinion, we took it to the Les Schwab in Toledo, and he explained that we had 3 mm left or something like that. So it was in the zone of OK, but the Les Schwab in Newport made it sound like they were perfect. In reality, we should’ve been made aware that our brakes are going to Need to be replaced in the near future, but nothing immediate. I’ve heard enough stories about this Les Schwab versus the one in Toledo, to make me feel like Newport Les Schwab is focused on, just making their days easy rather than helping their customers full

I had such a fantastic experience at Les Schwab Tire in Newport, Oregon! Charles, who serviced my vehicle, was courteous, professional, and made the whole process effortless. When I first realized my tire might have a hole, I was bracing myself for a long morning stuck in a dingy waiting room. Instead, I walked into a bright, welcoming space with a gorgeous Christmas tree. Charles quickly took care of my tire, and to my surprise, there was no charge. The whole visit was smooth, positive, and left me feeling genuinely cared for. If you need service in Newport, go see Charles—he’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Well…I use to like this store but then I wasted a Saturday here for no reason. Went in for a service that should only take 45 minutes top. Need the sensors replaced on two tires. They took the keys and said someone would come out and discuss prices. 1.5 hours later, never heard a word. Vehicle never moved. I went up to the counter to get the keys because I needed to get going to another business that would be closing soon. The receptionist grabbed the keys and asked me if I went on a walk. I responded No, why? She said the vehicle has been done for awhile. I said there was no way because it has not moved. She proceeded to go out to the bay, asked everyone about the truck, no one had a clue what was going on. 10 minutes later, we established that Toby hung the keys up and no one ever worked
