Worse experience ever. Visiting Snoqualmie for my daughter’s birthday. I got a flat tire the night before and had the flat replaced with a spare. I scheduled an appointment the next day and this was the closest repair shop. I was told it could take up to a 2 hours which actually turned into 3 hours. My car sat in the same spot the entire 2 hours and it wasn’t until I asked someone at the front desk, then my car was retrieved 30–40 minutes later. I went back to the desk for an update and finally was told that the spare had a hole in it (just bought the car so I was unaware of) and what did I want to do about it. Edit of my previous review: I recently had issues with my brakes wearing out much sooner than expected which left me feeling anxious and frustrated. Aaron personally called to discuss my concerns and took the time to make things right. He was professional, polite, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. I truly appreciate his willingness to replace the parts and look into the root cause. Great customer service.

Just replaced tires. Jeep GC drives like a dream with them. Even got a discount since previous tires did not quite reach the warranty mileage. The people here are always friendly and very competent.

Had a tire leak this morning and stopped by Les Schwab Tire Center in North Bend without an appointment. They took me in as a walk-in, got the repair done in under an hour, and didn’t charge me a thing! Super friendly staff, fast service, and no hassle. Really appreciate the help—definitely recommend them!

The folks here are fantastic and were amazing with me and my Miata Went in for a tire balance and had them run diagnostics on just about everything else. I had scheduled and alignment but told the receptionist that I didn't think it needed it but scheduled it just in case. She had them check the alignment instead and thankfully it was indeed fine. Turned out the battery is bad and the mechanics were happy to offer good spots to buy one to I can get a decent price rather than bully me into buying theirs. For them checking the condition of components for free and balancing my tires when I did not buy the set of tires from them, ran me about $80 which I'm quite happy with!
