Pro-Tow North Bend 24 Hr Towing

Our 30 ft. motorhome had a battery compartment fire 5-10 miles east of North Bend and left us completely without power. I was able to coast to the shoulder and get my wife and dog out of the coach before turning my attention to the fire. I was able to put the fire out with my extinguisher. Then the fun began dealing with the insurance company where I kept getting the runaround. They finally told me to arrange my own tow. I called numerous companies and finally found a pleasant voice willing to help us. She put me in contact with Robert Rhodes, who kept me informed of the progress all the way up to the time he and the tow truck arrived. He was very friendly and personable. He got to work right away and had our motorhome off the highway in no time. He also sent us a picture of our motorhome

I was in a tough situation today where I needed a tow truck. This was the 4th call I made. The lady over the phone (wish I got her name) was very nice and made it happen for someone to come and tow my car. When Dan came he seen that I was stressed. He was so calm and very nice the whole time that it made me realize that everything is okay. Once he dropped off the car to my house, he did an AMAZING job with getting off the flat bed and didn’t scratch it at all. Mind you, my car is low and coming at an angle to get it off the bed was a really sharp angle. It was the best experience with a tow company that I ever worked with. I 100% will call them again if ever need another tow somewhere. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The location I used was out of Spokane not North Bend. It took two trucks (one for my tractor & one for my trailer - 18 wheeler). Both operators were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They worked quickly and efficiently on scene & towed me 145 miles back to Spokane for repairs. Very professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

My son was found deceased, when I went to retrieve it, they were completely uncooperative. I spent half a day on the phone trying to retrieve it only to find out that the charges were in excess the value of the car, it had been there only 3 days. The charges are highway robbery, I don’t recommend doing business with these people.

My son's transmission went out while traveling to Eastern Washington. He had to turn around and the car quit in North Bend. I picked this company because it was family owned. The dispatcher and the tow truck driver were friendly and very helpful. The response time was less than expected. I would definitely recommend this company.
