Again Les Schwab did a GREAT JOB. Ron and Grace have been courteous, professional and very friendly, they took care of my needed car inspection. It doesn't matter which Les Schwab I go to, I never had a bad experience. Thank you all associates at Les Schwab for your great services.

I visited the Portland Les Schwab location on December 22, 2026 for tire service. During the service, my spare tire was discarded without my consent, and a mismatched black wheel and tire was installed that does not match my other aluminum wheels, creating a mechanically unsafe condition. The next day, I noticed that one of the rear tires was leaking and reported it immediately, but no action was taken for over a month. While driving in Tigard, Oregon on January 11, 2027, the rear tire blew out, leaving me stranded overnight. My vehicle had to be towed for emergency service. Upon review, I also discovered that the tire installed by Les Schwab contained a pre-existing screw, demonstrating negligence and unsafe practices. I had a great experience at Les Schwab today. Even though they were fully booked with no appointments available, the staff was still incredibly pleasant and willing to help. I planned to leave my car there all day and asked if it could be ready by six p.m. so I wouldn’t miss my daughter’s recital, and they made it happen without any issue. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it at no charge since I originally purchased my tires there. They’re always friendly, and something I really appreciate is how low-pressure they are. While I was waiting, I overheard them talking to other customers, and it’s clear they’re not working on commission, just giving honest, straightforward service. I needed a tire patch and they provided the service for free in a very timely manner. I made an appointment which I highly recommend. I appreciate that! I will certainly consider buying future services from them because of this. I waited in the lobby while they fixed my tire and it was pretty comfortable. The employees greeted me very nicely too!
