I brought my car to Les Schwab for a tire leak. They patched it and removed a drill bit, and I initially walked away satisfied. Within two days, the tire was clearly still leaking. When I brought it back so they could fix their repair, they confirmed it was leaking but claimed it was a “new” puncture located less than an inch of their original patch. At that point, they told me the tire could no longer be repaired due to structural integrity issues and that I now had to buy a new tire from them. Instead of standing behind their work, responsibility was shifted and a sale was pushed. I left extremely disappointed in how this was handled. This experience seriously undermined my trust in the brand and I recommend you choose a different tire center for your business.

I called for help and got an impressive display of professional detachment — they managed to hang up on me faster than I could say “appointment.” Staffing must be on a strict whisper-only policy, because answering the phone or offering basic courtesy clearly violates their brand. Facility was clean from afar; sadly my interaction ended before any actual service, empathy, or competence could show up. If your plan is to be ignored with efficiency and an uncanny lack of accountability, congratulations — you’ve found the right shop.

If you want the best quality from customer service to professionalism to everything in between with making you feel at home and never feeling overwhelmed Montgomery Dr location has the best top tier service one could ask for . Absolutely amazing place—from the people to the service! I have come in twice now to this location with a flat tire and they have saved the day by fixing it fast, well, and with a warm smile. Will definitely be coming back for many years! Thank you.

Stopped by to have them check a "tire pressure warning light" on my car. I didn't get my tires there but hoped they'd take a look at them. They were very busy but told me to pull up to 1st bay and they'd check my tires. I was in and out in 5 minutes. NO charge! They checked all tires and filled the low one up. Great customer service! I'll make it a point to get my next tires there.
