Les Schwab Tire Center

We had to go over the Santiam Pass and needed studded tires by Friday. The manger Joe, tall, mentioned we couldn't get them before then and suggested studless. This is something my husband handles but being a teacher didn't have the time. He picked a brand I hadn't heard of and highly recommend. We had them there the next day and installed. We have a BMW X5 that has 3500 miles on it. I really like how these for snow tires drive and road noise is unbelievable quiet. Thank you to the team at the Silverton store, we are very happy. My wife and I have lived in Silverton for over 10 years and this is the only place we go to. Recently I worked with David to get new wheels and tires for my car the wheels came in extremely quick from The East Coast and were mounted the day they came in. David and his team are exceptional and I can't say enough about how well this place is ran and how great the staff is. Highly recommend coming here Update: David and his team did it again. I brought my truck in for a lift, level, wheels, and tires. I got a 3 inch lift with David’s recommendation and he helped me pick out the Method wheels I was looking for. My truck drives amazing and has an all new look. I couldn’t recommend David and his team more. Amazing service and amazing people every time!

Used to think Les Schwab was a trust worthy company - but that seems to have changed. Brought it in for a tire rotation and a bit of alignment work. - Didn't get either because the 'Technician' AKA Salesperson told me I had some serious tread separation (a deadly serious issue) on all 4 of my tires and they ALL needed to be replaced. After hearing this I took my truck to 2 other specialty tire shops to confirm the assessment. NEITHER of them found anything - aside from a small bit of weathering - my tires are and were just fine. I feel beyond angry at being blatantly lied to - just to try and make a sale. Apparently Les Schwab has gone the way of all the other greedy corporations out there. Will not being going back here for anything ever again.
