I've interacted with Silver Creek Autobody about four times over the last six years, two of those because of collisions. Every time I go there, they are kind, respectful, helpful, timely, and great communicators. What they quote is what they charge and they are great about communicating timelines based on everything from part availability to paint cure time. They also work with Enterprise so that rental cars can be conveniently picked up and dropped off there at the shop. I would absolutely recommend them (and have!) to anyone needing autobody help.

Silver creek auto has done such an awesome job with our ram. The professional work that was done and the customer service was a great experience. Amazing job!! Just picked up my car from getting detailed, seats look brand new and there's no trace of dog hair in the carpets, after having two decently shedding dogs ride in my car semi frequently, the carpets were pretty hairy before, on top of crumbs and dirt. Everything else is shiny and spotless, I couldn't be happier with the job they did, will definitely be taking my car here whenever it needs a good detailing!!

My sun roof got stuck open and I came here hoping they could fix it, and not only did they do it in like 10 minutes they didn’t charge me since it was such a small thing. I don’t even use my sunroof so saved me probably thousands. I’ll be a lifelong customer going forward based on the great customer service alone :)
