Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I stopped by to get a top off on fluids. I’m still about 900 Miles before my 5k-mile oil and lube. I was shocked that free top off service is no longer offered. That was one of the reasons I started using Valvoline for my oil changes. Maybe time to start shopping around. Your team was polite and accommodating despite poor policy changes making great customer service challenging.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the Bay. Was directed in and they immediately got to work. Very friendly and welcoming. Oil change was completed and I was told of other services that could be provided if I chose to. I will be back with my other vehicle as soon as it is time for its oil change.

The guys here were polite and all but so slow. It’s only a 2 bay shop and with 3 guys, 1 in the pit and 2 above it shouldn’t take 45 minutes per vehicle. Every vehicle doesn’t need the 2 person “do you need windshield wipers with that” sales pitch. 2 hr I’ll never get back. Then when they changed my oil they didn’t have enough oil to complete the oil change and had to send someone to the automotive store to get oil which ended up being mobile 1 oil. It still cost me $100.

I pulled up behind one car that had already been there with the hood up & 1/2 hour later eventually observed them very slowly going through the tire air up and payment process and minutes later still no movement. Absolutely no attempt at efficiency. On the contrary it was all being done in slow motion. I had groceries in the car and the only reason I stopped in was due to the lack of a line.
