Les Schwab Tire Center

Got stranded in Susanville, California for 2 days. Bought tire chains at Les Schwab and was able to get home the next day across the Lassen national forest. It was crazy.

Always friendly and helpful. In 2.5 years I've had 3 tires with problems (picking random things up on the road, and a faulty valve stem), and the team at LS always gets me in fast and never charge for the visit (s). My family has always used LS, but my current tires are not Schwab as they were already on my Jeep when purchasing the vehicle, but this hasn't stopped them from helping and not charging, and because of this my family will continue to use LS for our tire needs!

Friendly staff. When winter hits they all pitch in and work overtime to make sure the community is taken care of with safe tires. Awesome place

they don’t even know how to tighten things properly unless its a lug nut. Two different parts this store put on my steering system- which is a very crucial component at highway speeds- were rattling by hand within 3 days of picking the vehicle up. I went back to get it fixed and they quickly checked the alignment and said “it’s still all green!” Nothing wrong here “. Then tried to sell me another $800 part. Greedy and improperly replace parts that don’t need replaced in order to make more money off of you. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headon collision at 65mph

RV friendly !!! We had a mishap with chains on our tires and were in serious need of new tires. We made the call when we were about an hour away and they held a set for us. We rolled in and sat in the lobby with our two dogs while Betty got some new shoes. While we were waiting an employee took the time to find us the best and safest way to our destination. She checked out road closures and which way would require chains. Customer service was excellent
