Extremely Disrespectful customer service the Only respectful as well as respectable Gentleman at this Particular Location is an African American gentleman.. I didn't catch His name but His work ethic is phenomenally excellent Keep up the Awesome work young man.

I was towing a travel trailer from NC to Or to CA and got a flat on my truck near Sisters, OR. I got the spare on and made it to my campsite. Les Schwab was only a few Mike's from my campsite, so I took my truck down. They were all so friendly and professional! Cameron greeted me, gave my dog Walter a treat and made sure they'd already gotten my key when I pulled up! They were busy, but didn't hesitate to start work on my truck. It was done quickly and they didn't charge me anything, even though I wasn't a client! I am now!

Went to Sweet Home Les Schwab today to have my battery checked. Was there about 1 1/2 hours waiting. While there Jason came out to talk to a male customer who wanted his battery checked. He said no problem i can do it right now. He grabbed the tester and went and checked the guys battery. It must have been ok because the guy left. I wait about 20 minutes more and i see a employee Evan go out and drive my car up to check the battery. He comes inside to look at the computer for a quote. While he is doing that a customer walks up and he starts helping him. He finally calls me up to give me a quote. I just had an insanely good experience with them. I rolled in near closing time with a flat tire. I thought for sure they would not be happy with me. The girl at the front desk was so kind. Then they repaired my flat in like 2 minutes for free. Whaaat?!! 🌸 Thank you. You all brightened my day.
