Super friendly, super helpful. Found what I needed. Great people. Will be back.
Ordered a wiring harness to be picked up this evening on this Saturday. Store hours online and on the door itself said open until 6pm. Store was dead and closed at 4pm. I will not be using NAPA again.

Helpful staff showed me what I asked for and answered questions regarding the options they had. I will happily stop by here again if necessary.
Napa try there best in good customer service and they are truly helpful when it comes to finding out what you need. Unlike all businesses, we thrive to do our best in all that we do but there will be a time when someone is unhappy about the little thing in the world; so what can we say to better your way. Pretty much remember this we can only do so much to keep people happy the rest is up to you.
