Darrel was one of the most knowledgeable tow person that I have ever witnessed. My boat was missing a tire on one side due to a wheel bearing failure. Darrell showed great concern and was most cautious, appreciating my concern for my most prized inheritance from my dad, my boat. Darrell was very kind and professional during the entire process. Darrell responded promptly and provided excellent and efficient help and advice when my car wouldn't start. He went above and beyond his job by pinpointing the problem, what went wrong, and what to do to fix it. Had me up and running in record time and saved me a bundle in shop fees/labor! Darrel had great customer service. The tow was handled in a timely manner and done within the time line given. He even managed to not have the cops called ( my neighbors call the cops for EVERYTHING) and get the tow truck backed up in my driveway which is almost like an obstacle course because of my shitty neighbors. And he had the best price in town! Definitely my go to tow company!!
