This place has horrible customer service I went in to get my oil change and wheel alignment. They told me I need new control arms which I got and the wheels still haven’t been fixed correctly. They also forgot to put in my skid plate back in for an oil change and it fell half off on the freeway and nearly cut one of my tires from the damage. I went in to ask for a new skid plate. They said they’ll take my name and number refused to get back to me and gave me horrific customer service. The manager refused to talk to me. Do not go here unless you want poor service and pay way too much.

Matt was very helpful in diagnosing a suspicious knocking noise when going over bumps, plus the oil change and engine air filter replacement gives me peace of mind. Marika, of course, is always nice. Great place to go for tires and maintenance.

I have had pretty much every single oil change on all my vehicles here. Every time staff are friendly and kind. Never condescending like some oil places are. Always happy to help with flat tires too. I get my tires here too, just so nice and make it so easy. This is definitely the nicer place to go in Mendocino county.

The place is clean, and the coffee is actually pretty good! That's a surprise for a car shop, the service is clear and honest, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, explain everything clearly, the charge is fair, they didn't try to fix something that's unnecessary. and most importantly, they found the problem that several other shops can not identify . There are some sneaky shops in Ukiah area which you should avoid, ......fortunately, this is one of the few good places that you can trust. I highly recommend.

I am a fan of another tire shop, however the new to me car had les Schwab tire on it, a tire was loosing air, they went out of their way to help me out. I appreciate that, THANK YOU
