Les Schwab Tire Center

Called on a Thursday evening inquiring about patching a flat tire of mine. Quick response. I didn’t make the time until today Monday 2/23/26. When I came by this morning I was able to drop my tire off ( I temporarily put my spare on prior ) I was contacted not too long after I dropped it off that my tire was all set and ready for me to pickup. The woman at the sales counter was kind and professional. I got my tire back patched up and I was not charged anything for the flat repair. Recommend

Walked in, was interested in tires.. Condescending, Patronizing, dismissive and ineffective listening skills, repeated same specs over and over to her… They didn’t care at that moment, they most likely didn’t care before I walked in, they probably didn’t care the day before, they most likely won’t care tomorrow or next year… Price was NOT competitive to Costco, way above with same or similar specs. Won’t be coming back, will question going to another Schwab center, Costco is my new tire center! Suggestion, we humans are gifted with the capacity of speech, we also have a prefrontal cortex, helps with executive functions. No information given, no options to choose from, just a smile and a quote that is far above a competitors price on the same quality tire with almost exact specs. Back in the day, Les Schwab would show you options, type of tire, brand, the quality and pricing to choose from. Today, what’s your phone number? Here is the tire you need (pushing the paper across the counter). I walked out and decided to go somewhere else. The Les Schwab web site shows multiple tires in the size I need. Thank you but no thank you. I will go somewhere else.

Came in for new tires was told an hour wait until car was done, no problem I’ll wait. 2 hours goes by I see my car drive out with new tires and watch my keys be out up on the wall, I wait a couple more minutes and go ask about it, explaining the keys there and I see it outside I’m told by Alicia that it’s getting a quote written out for it. A quote for what? Nobody explained any issues to me, she says you’ll have to wait we’ll come get you when it’s ready. I go sit back down wait almost 2 more hours I go ask another employee about my car stating what I was told about it before, they say no… no quote? You’re all set here’s the total and the keys. So over 3 hours wasted of my time because Alicia needed to be rude instead of verifying my car was done or not. I will not return for either of my

I brought my car in about a month ago and bought new tires. Had to order them from Portland so I took it back a couple days later and had them installed. I asked if they could do an alignment also. I dropped my car off at 4 AM, went to work, worked all day, showed up to pick up car and tires were installed but no alignment. OK. I get it. They were kind of busy so maybe 10 hours wasn't long enough for them to get it done! Today I took it back in, once again dropped it off early in the morning and was having a problem with one of the tires so if they could fix that and do an alignment. I get a call about 9 AM saying that my car was all finished. I assumed that meant the alignment was done also. Nope. I guess they don't want my business so I will take it elsewhere. Les would turn over in his
