Lum's Toyota Service

I came in for a simple oil change on a car with less than 10,000 miles and absolutely no issues, and this turned into one of the worst dealership service experiences I’ve ever had. Because my car is under 10,000 miles, I couldn’t go anywhere else for service—so I was stuck with them. They took my car and left me sitting for over an hour and a half with zero communication. No updates, no check-ins—nothing. Then, out of nowhere, I get a message saying I “need” a filter change, which added another 30 minutes to my wait. By the time everything was done, I had been there for more than two hours. To top it off, the man who checked me out didn’t even bother to apologize or acknowledge the ridiculous wait time. Just took my payment and moved on.

Excellent, friendly service! I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday and they were kind enough to take a look at an issue with my car. They were able to diagnose it and fortunately it was a simple fix. They had me back on the road right away. I would highly recommend them!

Respectful front desk personnels. Nice place to wait while the car is checked. With restrooms and free snacks. Quiet place copious chairs to wait. Does not charge too expensive.

I had Lum's put on a leveling kit and bigger wheels and tires on my new Toyota 4Runner. It turned out great and looks awesome. Super happy!
