Every time I come here I'm even more impressed with the service these guys provide! I once stopped when the weather was bad to check air in tires and before I was fully out of my vehicle I had a guy come over to ask what I needed help with. He had me pull right up two guys aired up my tires and I was on my way within five minutes. They're quick, friendly and do a good job. Highly recommend.

Over a year ago, I bought brand-new tires here and everything went smoothly—no issues. The only hiccup was an odd cruise control/traction control problem that started after the tire install. I called about it, but life got busy, and I never brought the car back. Fast forward to this month: I took my vehicle in for their free inspections before a long road trip. They changed the oil, inspected everything, recommended new struts (which I approved), and even fixed an ambient temperature sensor I had broken. Without making a big deal about it, they also resolved the old traction control/cruise issue I had mentioned. Never had such excellent customer service in an auto shop! These guys made sure that I fully understood what was needed on my car and helped me find a way to get it done, plus they gave me a courtesy ride to work while working on my car AND got me in short notice! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

My son who was away at college in Sioux Falls got a nail in his tire… I had just put all new tires on his car this last summer at the store in Watertown .. he went there yesterday to had them hopefully fix or patch it.. they put a new tire on for him! What a relief for this Mom who was worried about him getting around .. thank you all so much!!

I visited Les Schwab Tire Center to have them check out a possible slow leak in one of the tires of our 4Runner. After a short wait, they were able to get it into one of their bays and check it out. In about 20 minutes, they found a self-threading screw in the tire, causing a very slow leak. They promptly repaired the tire - no charge! I was pleased with their prompt, courteous service.
