I was looking for a Honda CRV-EXL for my daughter and I live 3 hrs away....I wanted to get an accurate all in price, went back and forth with the sales person trying to get a few bucks off then passed off to Ronnie the General Sales Manager...He was trying to charge me an $1000 RTA tax for pierce county which is actually 1.1% of the sale and in this case was 19998. or $220 in tax roughly as well as he was trying to charge me a theft policy for $399 but my insurance provider takes care of that but they wouldn't remove that line item even though it is completely irrelevant per my insurance broker ....he was very hard to have a conversation with and when I asked to speak to the General Manager so that he could actually build an estimate with factual data he wouldn't give his name or any conta

William Jones was a great help to us. He was kind and helpful getting our Great Aunt a car. He gave us all the information on the cars and wasn’t pushy. He is smart and informed.
