I always like going to that specific location due to not using brushes and at the end they dry up the car by hand. However when I pay for the top tier and leaving a tip I expect to get all of the bugs out. I used to work in a car wash during my college years over in Europe and never can get that experience here. When you dry the car out we always open the doors to dry out all the water and back the trunk. As you can see on the pictures once that water start to leak try it is a whole new mess. I hate leaving bad reviews but when clients ask for changes you should care about every single customer. My car has never come out clear of even loose dirt on the back. The soap is not rinsed when you’re forced under the driers and then just wiped off with their rags maybe? I understand do your own wash if you’re not happy but that’s why we pay for this service and speed with kids and jobs etc. I’ve had to go home and rewash tire wells, etc. The most expensive package should do what it says. Please make your Gillette clients happy and feel like their opinions matter. They’re trying to be loyal customers and I know how important that is for a business. And ask your staff to be a little more friendly. They all seem annoyed you’re even there and never once seen a smile and greeting. Which I d

This is the second time that I have had a bad car wash here. The first time I let them know and they didn’t offer me a free one or any resolution. This time I watched the attendant and he did a half assesd job on the initial prewash and then there was only one girl drying and she could only do so much until the car behind me was right there and she had to start in it. There was still bugs, mud and dirt that I had to hand wash off of the vehicle myself. I am so disappointed. I loved the car wash that was here before this one. They must have had better chemicals that did a better job and they took pride in doing a good job.

Love the new car wash. Some of the towel jobs could use a little more work. Here’s a Suggestion. The old car wash pre soak team would always pop the rear door open just a tiny bit to extend the power running boards. They would just spray off the running board and then make sure the door was closed again. I absolutely loved that. Kind of a drag to have a squeaky clean vehicle and dirty running boards. Thank you. I was so excited to have a brushless car wash. But so many times I go through and come out with a milky film on my windows and car. What is that? And the wipe down used to be so much better. It’s hit and miss even when I’m tipping every time. Seems like lots of glitches. I do like the vacuum and inside cleaning stations.
