Lewis Auto Service

I have been a customer of Lewis Auto for several years and in the beginning their service and quality was really good. I have several vehicles and have taken most of them to Lewis but things started to go down hill a few years ago. So I took my jeep to them to diagnose an issue (one that they were never able to figure out) and while my jeep was there I had $37 in cash removed from my center console and when I contacted them about it they basically just blew me off. Most recently I took my sons Honda pilot to them and they informed that the transmission needed to be replaced because the housing was cracked. I figured something had to have hit the transmission while driving so I filed a claim with my insurance who requested that I have the vehicle taken to the Honda dealership for inspectio

I encountered an issue with my vehicle, which began consuming oil and ultimately became inoperable while I was driving. I arranged for a tow to Lewis Auto Service and communicated regularly with a representative named Christian. He assured me that I could leave my vehicle at their facility for as long as needed while we worked to resolve the issue with Kia. Over the years, I maintained contact with the service center, and my husband made periodic visits to check on the vehicle's status. Recently, I received a notice indicating that my vehicle had been towed to a storage facility. Upon calling the number provided, I spoke with a representative named Kay, who informed me that Lewis Automotive had instructed the towing of my vehicle.
