Dealership isn’t even able to sell me a radio for my 2018 sierra anymore. Apparently it has to go through service because they require the old parts back. GM taking core charges to a criminal level now so they can sell you my used trash as “new. I was able to book a flight in the amount of time it took them to find a radio part number they weren’t able to sell me. Comical how this company relies on tariffs and our tax dollars to buoy and bail them out and yet they do nothing but try and screw the common man harder and harder. Shameful from an iconic American brand

Back at Lexington Park Chevy after last experience. This time for recall. Was quoted 1.5 to 2 hrs. 3.5 hrs later, still here. This place does not know how to schedule, my time is just as important as there's. I hope I never have to come back here for service.
