Just bought my car from a dealer and they wanted to charge me 3x what Lexpert was charging me for an oil change. Service was fast but appointments only! Labor rates ($150/hr) are very reasonable for the quality of work. Wish there was another location in Boston where I’m from.

You can always depend on getting the best and honest service at Lexpert. If you ;have an emergency, they will always take your car right away. Being a female, it is very reassuring to know they will never overcharge you and only fix what needs to be fixed and at an honest price. Lucky to drive a Toyota or they would not service my car. I have friends who would love to bring their car in for service bit they don't drive a Toyota or Lexus!!!!

Been having my auto serviced here for a few times. I am very comfortable taking my car there because they are up front and honest in telling you the real diagnosis of the problem! They go beyond to make sure you are getting the best job done. Repairs cost are reasonable and not inflated like some dealers and other private auto shops.

Can't say enough about these guys! First class all the way. I've been taking my two Lexus (Lexi?) there for years and this time when I got one home, in a few days I noticed a puddle under the car. Had it towed back (dipstick was clean) and they determined it was their fault, the oil drainage cap had not been securely tightened. They paid for my tow, gave me some compound to clean up garage floor (said they would send someone to do for me if I preferred).. Who does that these days?!! Worth six stars+

They take the time to adequately inspect your vehicle and discuss everything with you. You don’t feel rushed, like in a lot of other places. They don’t try to upsell you any parts or services. Yes, they are not the cheapest in town. However, you get the peace of mind that professionals are working on your vehicle and that they specialize in Lexus and Toyota. This is an automotive repair shop for people who truly care about their vehicles. The loaner vehicle, while my car was in repair, was an appreciable plus.
