Lexus of Bridgewater Service Center

The service center at Lexus of Bridgewater is exceptional. I took my 2011 Lexus in for comprehensive service to cure some aging components on this already 15 year old car. The staff is professional from valets to service consultants to mechanics. Before any service was performed they sent me a video of the car inspection showing me exactly where they saw issues and permitting me to really understand what they felt needed repair while leaving each individual choice to me. I love this car and hope to keep it until it’s a classic if not longer. It has always driven well and has never broken down. As you can imagine after 15 years some undercarriage components were ready for replacement. I was super disappointed with the service center. I was quoted 10k to fix a noise that was supposedly the sunroof tracks. Upon me leaving debating on what to do, i decided to diagnose it myself and found what was actually wrong with my car which was just the sunroof seal that had to be replaced. A $50 cost that they were ready to take $10,000.00 & replace god knows what for no reason. I’m not sure if it’s how they are trained to look for problems or simply ignorance of not looking into the problem correctly but something’s not adding up. Another instance i had my breaks checked with them and was also stated they were “fine” i went to a mom and pop mechanic same day and they were able to see that the clips from the break pads were put in wrong and needed to be tightened another $50.00 charg

Rich Wolsten has been our service advisor for several years and as usual made our recent service visit a pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable, explains what needs to be done and keeps us updated regarding status. When we bring our car to Lexus of Bridgewater for service we can be confident that he job will be done right and in a timely manner.

I have to revise my review. This was my fourth scheduled service visit and this service advisor did not keep me informed as to the progress of my car. I texted her on the number provided and it was not responded to. Previous advisers were much more attentive. Update 2/18/26. I went back for my next service and had Rich as my service advisor. It was an excellent experience, like my first three experiences. My fourth experience, which was awful, almost caused me not to go back. I will never use her as a service advisor. Rich redeemed them.

Had my 15,090 mile check up and was very impressed with the video I received while waiting for my car. It showed what was being done and detailed where they were in the process. Very impressed. Rich Walsten was very professional and courteous.
