My experience from start to finish was textbook how I feel a lexus dealership should operate. Met with friendliness, willingness to go the extra mile to try and find the right vehicle, and a genuine care for customers. Treated like a guest in their home. I drove to Clearwater from Orlando, although this was the furthest dealership I was in contact with, it was obvious that Lexus of Clearwater operates at a different pace than the others. The amount of effort that Dan and Sidney put into ensuring I had the right vehicle located and reserved was unmatched, and made it clear that this is who I want to do business with. Had a great experience at this dealership all the way around. I inquired about an RX 350 online and within minutes Ted Crawford reached out to provide me with all the details and see how he could be of help. I went into the dealership the next day and was helped by Ted Crawford was the incredibly patient and competent salesperson who took us through the process and had the patience to show us the best options for us. Dan and Isaac were incredible to work with — they really listened, helped us through every step, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were handled. Great job by the entire Lexus of Clearwater team. Weston and Tyler were most helpful, well versed and professional throughout the journey in finding our new Lexus. Jeremy guided us through the financing and paperwork stages, providing insights and explanations to the various forms and agreements.
