Another Great Experience with L&H Automotive We have had another excellent experience with L&H Automotive. We first worked with Hasan several years ago for service on our VW Jetta, and more recently returned for an axle repair on our Hyundai Sonata. From start to finish, the process was seamless—from ordering the necessary parts to completing the repair within a two-day turnaround and most importantly fair and affordable. Hasan and Asia consistently demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service. Most importantly, they are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We truly appreciate their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction and highly recommend L&H Automotive for reliable and efficient service.

I had great service at L& H Automotive. First of all they were open on Saturday which helped because a lot of places are only open while I’m at work. I thought I had an alternator issue because my battery wouldn’t stay charged even though I just got it in the past year. He told me not to stress. They arranged a tow for me & did a diagnostic. Come to find out, it was a wrong size battery for my car. I was so grateful it nothing worse. Communication is great. They kept in touch with me the entire time & let me know everything up front. Also they set up a ride for me to come get my car when it was ready. I will definitely go back for any service I may need in the future.

I almost Flintstoned my way into L & H Automotive off Rancier Street, and I’m so glad I did. The shop was easy to find, clean, and shockingly not a junkyard full of mystery car parts and broke down cars. Mr. Martin greeted me right away and listened to my version of what brought me to their establishment. He then took the time to run a diagnostic without rushing even though it was past closing time. While I waited, I learned more about cars from their TV in the waiting room, than I ever planned to which I loved. When he was done, he took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in plain English, not “mechanic language.” What I loved most? Zero pressure. They gave me the info and let me decide, no pushy sales tactics. I trusted them with my car, and I’m glad I did. The work was done

Great facility to bring your vehicle for maintenance. The owner is very honest and professional in his trade. They break down all of the cost from parts to labor, you can literally track it down to the penny. They also take pictures to verify what they are doing and explain what your options are. One of the most honest shops in Killeen/Harker Heights. I will continue to bring my vehicle there.

I chose to do business with L & H Automotive because of the reputation of the owner. Mr Hassan is a man of integrity and provides quality work and affordable prices. He has done major work on my car a few times. They not only work on your car they provide a way for you to get to and from their shop and provides drinks and snacks while you wait. It's good to be able to find a automotive shop with great customer service and clean restrooms. Great place that you can trust.
