The customer service at this location is amazing. This was my first time trying Strickland Brothers out and tl be honest I was a little sketch just because it's new and I've never heard of them before. They completely put me at ease when I pulled up. The gentlemen, Ramon and Jerikhoal were very professional and attentive, they gave me a breakdown of the services and recommended services and got my vehicle taken care of. The price was substantially better than their competitor that I typically use, plus it's only about 5 minutes from my house. I will continue coming to this location for the regular maintenance of my vehicle!
Jericho and Charles were absolutely outstanding! From the moment I pulled up, they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that works this efficiently while still making you feel valued as a customer. If you’re going here, ask for Jericho and Charles — you won’t be disappointed!
I was short on time and in a rush and I had stopped here for the first time for an oil change. Jerikhoal and Ruban did a fantastic job. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will definitely be a retuning customer!
I am extremely happy with their meticulous inspection and oil change. I was fortunate the manager had come and helped with their coupon match, as well as the two technicians who helped me with my oil change. They were absolutely great with my daughter on the backseat and speedily changed my headlight bulb. Will visit again.
I had a great experience today. Charles and Jericho were professional, friendly, and really on top of their work. They got everything done quickly while still paying attention to the details, and they kept me updated so I knew exactly what was going on. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely appreciate the solid service from both of them.
