I had a fantastic experience at Whippin Wheelz, thanks to Zeke and the entire team. Zeke was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the shop feel like family. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect rims for my Wagoneer as a surprise for my wife. Although there was an issue with the online inventory and the initial rims I ordered were not in stock, which was not his fault. Zeke immediately offered a solution. He helped me find similar style rims and even suggested a refund on the shipping cost showing that their focus was on customer satisfaction, not just making a sale. Despite a slight delay in the wheels arriving, Zeke’s commitment to helping me was evident, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Okay, here’s a quick story. I recently moved to the Killeen area and, unfortunately, almost hit a deer on my way home the day before Thanksgiving. It ran me off the road and caused significant damage to my front suspension (6inch lift with 35’s). Not knowing where to turn, I had my truck towed to Texas Tires on Fort Hood Street. They were very nice over the phone and said they would take care of me, but once I got the estimate (which was on a sticky note btw), they tried to charge me over $2,000 before taxes, which seemed like they pulled a number out of thin air and wouldn’t tell me cost of labor. Was recommended by another individual and what recommendation, had suspension work done on a Dodge Durango and the owner and his crew were all very professional with what I had in mind to get the satisfaction of lowering my vehicle along some additional features, when they completed the alterations, I was in 7th heaven, I would highly recommend this facility ( Whippin Wheelz) for all your needs when it comes to lift, lowering and they even do custom wheels and tires!
