Daniel Henriques was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately put me at ease. When the video came in as to what work the car needed, he went through it with me and patiently answered all my questions. I thereby clearly understood what was needed: that a patch was being applied to the puncture in the left front tire and that the 4 wheels would be aligned. We talked of addressing the brakes shortly in the future. I would definitely recommend Dan unreservedly to the Honda Team. Paula

From the moment I came into the service lane and Debra Vasconcellos came over to greet me I felt like I was in good hands. She communicated to me on the status of the car as it went thru the service process so I didn't ever wonder what was happening. My expectations were exceeded on this visit. I will be coming to see Debra on my next visit. She is a keeper.

Credit to Shaun Edo for outstanding service. My salesperson booked me a service appointment but the time I was told was different than what was showing in Shaun's system. Thus, when I showed up, the system said I was hours late for my scheduled appointment. No worries, he got me in immediately for an alignment and finished with a complementary car wash. He explained what was done to my car and was very personable. I can imagine another dealership telling me to make a new appointment because of the error, but Shaun smoothed it over and got me in and out (and even got my bag of chips which was stuck in the vending machine). Highly recommend.

I brought my car to lia Honda for the first time a couple of years ago and still continue to do so because the team is fantastic. Daniel Henriques, Shaun Edo, Cody and all of the other guys in the service department treated me with respect and fixed my car in a timely manner.
